How do I get my Droid Bionic out of a Bootloop?

Droid Bionic : Bootloop

ok so i need help i have a droid bionic and im still using this due to the fact that i am grandfathered into the unlimited data.my phone has recently started to freeze on me then started to turn off and on by its self then started to take a very long time to turn on up to 30 min. now it will not turn on at all it is stuck on the red android screen its not froze. it keeps moving but just will not boot up. so i feel its stuck in boot loop. i have done the hole take it back to factory reset and all that and nothing. please help im some what tech savvy but not to the extremes of doing these code download ROM root what ever stuff. please help me

Welcome to Android Central! It might just be coming to the end of its useful life. Circuits can deteriorate over time, and memory still has a finite read-write lifespan. Since you've already done a factory reset, the only other thing I can suggest is to remove any external microSD card, in case it's corrupt and causing problems.
