How do I get my moto x to updrage software?
For some time now my moto x has been unable to connect to wifi or bluetooth. I have been unable to find a solution. I have now come across the second update where I am unable to download it because of a lack of wifi. I downloaded Motorola Device Manager on my PC after being prompted today and it told me there was no update found, but my current software is "NA". I am not sure how to solve this issue. I have talked to AT&T and they want me to pay the $100 to get the phone replaced, but as I am eligible or an upgrade in a month or so I feel that is a waste of money. I just want my phone to function a little bit in the mean time. I've already paid to have it replaced once because it crapped out on me.
