How do I get my phone to work again after an abnormal reset?

[AC Question]

About two hours ago my Samsung galaxy core prime had an abnormal reset. Since then it has just said "Android is starting... Starting apps" with a loading sign beside it. Its been roughly two hours and still hasn't turned on. How do I fix it???? Help Please!!!
