How do I get my phone which is coming on, from black screen to normal.

Samsung S5 i can hear incoming text messages etc two icons at the very bottom left and right illuminate and the light at top is flashing blue.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the screen has failed. Any drops, trauma, or water exposure? If so, the warranty will be void, and you'll have to bring it to a repair shop. If there hasn't been any damage, then contact Samsung for warranty repair.
