Welcome to Android Central! Which phones do you have?
The easiest generic way is to connect the old phone to your computer via USB, use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos to the computer hard drive, then connect the new phone via USB, and drag and drop them from the computer to the new phone.
You should also considering backing up all of your photos to a cloud storage, like Google Photos, so that they're safe, and can be easily accessed from anywhere you can log into your Google account.
