Welcome to Android Central! Why not just upload them to your Google Photos in the cloud? If you set it to High Quality (instead of Original Quality), you have unlimited storage. (And if you have a Pixel phone, you have unlimited storage even with Original Quality.)

If you don't want to use the cloud, then connect the tablet to your computer via USB, swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB icon and make sure MTP is selected. Then open Windows Explorer on your computer, open the phone, and open the /DCIM/Camera directory. Your photos and videos from your camera should be there. You can now multi-select and drag and drop the files to your computer hard drive.
