I downloaded a droid signal booster root app because my phone had 1 bar of 4g, but after I ran the app my phone is stuck in 3g. I deleted the app and went to settings, mobile networks, preferred network mode and switched it to global then to lte and it did nothing. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this??? Thanks!

After you switched it to LTE did you try rebooting the phone?
FWIW, all those signal boosting and signal improvement apps I think are more of a gimmick than anything. Some rare occasions there can be a hardware issue but most of the time it just comes down to the area and surroundings your located in and the type of signal your carrier is pushing out that your receiving.

I did reboot it... My battery is low to.... I am at a friends house so maybe it is my location. Thank you!
