How do I get my replacement GS5 to recognize my old GS5 SD card?

Replacement GS5 won't recognize old GS5 SD card

I had to have GS5 replaced. New GS5 does not recognize SD card I had in "old" GS5. It contains over 30 GB of music. The orange circle to show it is downloaded on Music Player is not orange.
All the files are on the SD card

You will have to backup all data onto a computer then format the card in the new phone..

did you go in the setting and turn it on to recognize the sd card

And was your SD card encrypted in the other phone.
