how do I get my verizon lg off of being stuck on set up wizard?

I have had the phone for two years not sure why it is even on this window but then it says infortunaley message+ has stopped anI It won't let me do anything but turn off and on. took battery out also

Welcome to Android Central! Which LG phone? When you pull the battery to force a shutdown, then reinsert it and power back on, does it automatically go to the Setup Wizard?
