I love how the pixel notifications you can see the whole message when you swipe down in the panel. Like the notification has the arrow pointing up and looks already opened. How can I mimick this on my Ultra please?

Edit - misread what you're looking for... you want the notification to be expanded already. Think there used to be a way to do that but can't recall if it was an app or a custom ROM option. Will do some digging...

You know of a Good Look app that'll do this? I'm not seeing one ...
After some Google searching I think what I was thinking of was an Xposed Module from way back day.

Look at quick star module, theme park module , I don't mess with them as I like it the way it's stock but I do remember can change things up with Good lock modules
