How do i get out of Mobile Butler

[Android Central Question]

I work for a company that uses Android devices.
One of them is stuck in this Mobile Butler mode.

I can't seem to get out of it.
When i press the 3 vertical lined button (to bring up the on screen keyboard)
It comes up with a message: Password confirmation for add project
I'm not sure what the password here is.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can help me get out of this mode.
I've tried a factory reset and even that doesn't work
Please help

What does the company have to say about it? Presumably the phones are theirs?
