how do I get past the Samsung account verification on my Galaxy Core Prime

the damn thing keeps going back to the Samsung account verification for the phone and two used phone and I can't get past the Samsung application because I don't know the previous owners info

And that's how things will remain until you get that info or get the previous owner to sign out of the accounts on that device. It's a security function- no back doors there...
