How do I get pictures off a AT&T Galaxy tablet that is stuck on the AT&T logo on boot up?

I am not able to boot up the tablet. It is stuck on the AT&T logo. I really need some pictures that are on the tablet. I don't care about anything else on the tablet. I downloaded Kies but it does not load and the MTP driver either fails or says installed and need to reboot the computer and after reboot it fails. I cleared the cache.
