Re: i have a a stolen message on my phone

Where did you buy your phone at? Retail store? Online? From a previous owner?
I recently had some what of a similar experience. I bought a Galaxy S6 Edge online and I couldn't activated with my carrier, because it showed up on someone else's account, so either the phone was stolen, or the previous owner of the device didn't fully remove the device from their account.

Bring it to your carrier, with a photo ID. If it's your phone, they'll remove the block. If it's not, you'll have to contact the seller and have then remove the block (only the owner of record can get it removed) or get your money back. (Selling stolen merchandise is a crime almost anywhere, so if you have problems with the seller, contact your local police.)
