How do I get rid of a Twitter install pop up that keeps appearing on my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 and I keep getting a window appearing that asks if I want to install Twitter. I have cleared my history, uninstalled Twitter and have rebooted several times. How do I stop this?

I'm having the same issue on my note 5. Numerous times throughout the day a popup like an application appears on the screen notifying you that twitter is about to be installed from an unsecured site with a cancel or an icon that takes you to your settings to disable app downloads from unsecured sites. Please help
