How do I get rid of Bixby?

Just go a brand new S9+ from Verizon. Has a very annoying feature called Bixby. How do I disable it?

On the web it says to swipe all the way left and there should be 3 little dots in the upper right corner ( https://www.androidcentral.com/how-completely-disable-bixby )
I have no such dots. But every time I go there or accidentally press the Bixby button it starts talking to me, which is very annoying for people around me.

I don't have or want a Samsung account and I don't want to activate Bixby in the first place; I just want to shut it off!

you have to activate Bixby to see the 3 dot menu as far as i know. People also seem to talk a lot about BxActions but someone would have to chime in on that topic, i never tried it.

Erm i use package disabler pro... Disabled that useless app...
