How do i get rid of hacker making social apps and reacking havoc with my and my girls gmail accounts

4 google accounts tampered with and google won't help...they telll me to just review our accounts and change passwords...i think they are rooted in my startup menus when we factory reset devices because there they are again...i even have atleast 3 phone#'s back traced and i believe gps coordinates within 3 miles of them...still no one will lift a finger...this person is a piece o s$#+ and i can't take a hit like this person is probably about to put on my credit/score and just pain in the butt with having to prove i am who i am...does anyone have any ideas...oh...and there are several as of now social media accounts that are not me...but are me...do you know what i mean?..need serious help in a hurry...any takers?

I would suggest working with Google. We don't allow soliciting a "hacker" to do illegal things (such as hacking another persons accounts).
