How do I get rid of the stupid icons that appear when texting

I have a Samsung galaxy A3 (2017) and these childish icons suddenly started to appear. I have professional contacts and these icons remove my credibility. You should be able to opt in/out of this childish feature. I hate it. Tell me how to get rid of it. It feels like abuse.

When you say icons suddenly start to appear, is it spontaneous, or more of a slow decent? What were the icons doing when they removed your credibility? I would not click on those emojis if they did that to me
