how do I get rid of the word count in text messaging?

Hi everyone!

I just switched to droid from using the iphone 5. I now have a samsung galaxy note 4, and want to know if there is a way to turn off the word count in text messaging? I am so used to being able to type really long messages (i tend to roleplay in text messages with my friends), and so I find this 160 character limit really annoying.

If there is a way to remove the limit, would someone please be kind enough to tell me how to do it? Otherwise, I am loving this phone.

That would be the texting app that came pre-installed on the note 4.Search in the playstore for texting apps and take your pick from the ones available.

You can have it automatically switch to an MMS message when over the 160 limit. In fact, I think mine switches automatically.
