How do i get rid of this tiny grey circle on the bottom of my screen?

There is a tiny grey dot on the middle close to the bottom of my screen. Inside the dot is a really tiny white dot and more really tiny white dots inside around the dot if you have a black background behind it. Idk why it is there and idk how to get rid of it. I have a samsung galaxy j7 (2015). Please help.

If you rotate the device, does it rotate with the screen?

Its does stay there when you rotate the screen. It also goes away when the lock screen is on

I have that little grey circle too. It does rotate with the screen and goes away on the lock screen

The little dot appears when the Xbox or Xbox beta app is running. At least for me it's what it meant. Hopefully this helped you.

It the xbox app being allowed to run over other apps. You can disable in apps settings.
