I have an Android 3 G. How do I get to the zoom or options for the camera?

Plant two fingers on the screen and move them apart to get a zoom effect, if your device allows that.

Keep in mind that it's only a digital zoom, not a true optical zoom. All you're doing is "pre-cropping" the photo if you use a digital zoom. It's generally better to take the photo without digital zoom, and then crop it afterwards using a photo editing app.
