I have an at&t Samsung Galaxy Note 1 - SGHi717 that I need to get into recovery mode. All of the answers that I've found say push the Power, Volume Up, and Home Button all at the same time.

My Note has the 4 capacitive buttons on the bottom. My Home button is a capacitive button.

Any Ideas on how to get this model into recovery mode?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, yes I tried that. It just forces a reboot, but doesn't get me into Recovery Mode.

I'm trying to go from memory here..

Have you tried volume up, menu and power?

Thanks, i tried the volume up, menu and power. It puts my phone into Safe Mode, but then it continues the cycle of shutting down and rebooting.

Yes, no physical home button. 4 capacitive buttons on the bottom of my phone.
I, shut down the phone completely and removed the battery several times.

I'm assuming you have the i717.

Press and hold volume up and volume down at the same time and then power. All 3 at the same time.
