How do I get to my clipboard on my droid maxx?

The clipboard is just an area of RAM set aside to hold what you copy or cut (and you can paste it where it's relevant to paste that sort of thing - text, a picture or a file). If you want to be able to see what's in it, use an app like Clipper - Clipboard Manager.
