How do I get true 120fps (not slowed down) video from Android Phone?

I've a Pixel it can take 1080p @ 120fps. But I can't transfer the true 120fps video to my PC. It gets slowed down to 30fps.
Is there any way for me to extract the true 120fps video?

How are you doing the file transfer?
What Windows video player are you using to view the video?

Try using Windows File Explorer to drag-n-drop the video file. You should get a pure binary copy of the file.
