How do I get unsupported apps to install to windowsandroid?

I found that there is a windows android and it would seem that there is little to nothing that shows up on the play store once I got it installed. I tried putting an apk in the app folder but it didn't do anything but freeze up and not go anywhere. I have heard you can get most any app to work on the windowsandroid but I am not quite certain if that is true or not. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I am guessing that windowsandroid hasn't been out long and little to no people have used it enough to know. Well then could I get the name of the app that changes the screen density? As I hear that makes apps that were once not supported supported. Also does anyone know how to make it go fullscreen? I hear it supports it but I haven't found how to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for the help so far.
