How do I get video on my HTC One M8 to a Mac?

Video on HTC One M8 to Mac

I need to film some stuff with my HTC One M8, so I was practicing with the video camera today. Quality looks great, but I haven't been able to transfer the video to my Mac. It's a 30 minute video, about 5000mb and when I copy it from HTC Sync Manager to my desktop it doesn't copy.
Can someone give me some suggestions on how to make this work? Also, maybe a rundown on how to film at a smaller bitrate.

Semi-easiest answer? Dropbox. (Or if you don't need anything fancy just send it to YouTube.)
