How do I get Voice Back ?

I purchased Elite 6.0 L ( skydevices) - phone few months ago - After two weeks
accidently I hit some button and my Voice ( ring) is gone -- I can NOT find it in settings.

I am new to smart phone- I have to use earphone - to make phone calls or listen
to some one - even voice mail

Sounds like a hardware problem. If the audio gets to the earphone, it should get through the switch in the jack to the speaker if there's no plug plugged in.
