AC Question

I have a Motorola droid Turbo. After the OTA update to 5.1 my phone is unable to use it's data connection. It indicates that it's receiving one only when WiFi is on. Once WiFi is off the data connection is lost. I cleared the cache through the recovery.....nothing. I was able to use my data connection for about 5 mins after i did a factory reset and then it reverted back to only recognizing it when WiFi is on. I am baffled as to why android would release a software that is so dysfunctional, it literally has destroyed my phone. I feel my only hope will be to go back to Kit Kat 4.4.4. Is it possible? If anyone out there has any answers you'd be my hero.

Welcome to Android Central!

Google may have built the system but the Manufacture is the one who modified it and probably caused any issues. Check out Motorola's support site and see if you can download the software suite to try to reinstall the update. As far as rolling back to 4.4.4, more than likely you will not be able to since your bootloader is locked.
