How do I identify the faulty apps? Or use the Toast Source app

[Android Central Question]

I've been getting pop up message 5 times after every time I start my phone Galaxy A52 5G. I was getting them 3 times on my old phone. Upgraded a few weeks ago. Hoped they'd stop but now I get 5 times. The message is 'Sorry, the programme is out of order and about to exit'.
I have established from an earlier forum chat that this refers to faulty apps. That person resolved the problem using Toast Source. I've installed that app but I don't understand it and the messages keep coming without identifying the faulty apps. Can anyone help me here? I'm not techy great but not too dumb with it either. I have my default launcher set up for Microsoft because I am better used to it and prefer it's layout. Could this be the cause?
