Welcome to Android Central! Actually, it's not entirely clear. What are you intending to use to access the Excel files on the phone? Google Sheets? Hancom Office? Some other office app?

To copy the Excel file over, simply connect the phone to your computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the Excel file to any directory on the phone. The ability of the phone's app to actually read the Excel file will depend on the app.

You could also upload it to drive on your computer and then find it in drive on your phone.
