How do I install a UK keyboard on my LG G4 gray import from Taiwan?

How to install UK keybaord on LG G4 grey import from Tiwan?

Bought a Tiwan LG G4 H815 phone
Using it in the UK
Trying to change the regional settings to UK but there is no option for this.
I want the GBP £ pound sign (without pressing and holding L)
and when I press and hold the ".com" I want ".co.uk" option not ".tw" option
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. When you changed the region settings, do you mean in the keyboard itself?

The phone came with English-English QWERTY keyboard installed
I can change the languange, but there is no English UK keyboard
The currency symbol is by default $ or Euro (no £ sign)
and the .com bar, gives the choice of .com/.net/.tw but not .co.uk
Small issue, just surprised that this is not customisable as with most other android phones
At least I have not found a way of changing it yet!

Maybe a different keyboard? I was using a G4 but I loaded Google's instead of using LG's. Perhaps that might work?

Where do you install from, play store?
I cant find a way to change it from settings... which is a bit odd...

Yup. Google's keyboard is on Play.
As for settings....it should be under Language an Input.

Thanks, tried installing google keyboard.
This solves the £ sign issue
but doesn't support any internet domain endings
eg with the native LG keyboard if you type a url in the browser, the keyboard includes a ".com" button which if you long-press has other options (in my case .net or .tw).
When typing a url into the browser using the google keyboard there is no such button at all.
I think some people prefer dictionary support on the google keyboard though if i'm not mistaken. Only just started using the phone so will play around with both
