how do I install apk without updating built in app

I disabled a app that was already installed when I got my phone from my phone service. I'm trying to install the apk for the same app but it says it going to update the disabled app. How do I stop it from trying to install a update to the disable app?

Why did you disable it if you're gonna reinstall it anyway? Seems counterintuitive. Maybe if you could tell us what you intend to accomplish we can help you with an alternative solution.
