How do I know the people giving me advise are the right people

Google virus warning with a count down clock says I have viruses on my phone. How do I stop them from interfering with what I want to watch.

It’s a question of experience and exercising judgment. To me, and to many others here, that is extremely obvious and certain malware. Google doesn’t do stuff like that.
