How do i listen to my voicemail in my vehicle via Bluetooth?

I currently own a Samsung s6. I drive a 2014 Chevy Silverado. In the past I've always been able to listen to voicemail via Bluetooth no matter what source was playing. (radio, USB, music from the android, etc). Now, I can only hear the voicemail playing through the Bluetooth if the source playing previously was music from S6. I've checked all possible settings on the radio inside the truck. I've checked settings on the phone as well. I've tried clearing the cache on my google chrome app but that didn't help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
