How do I log in to my Samsung Account and reset a code?

you said to log onto my samsung account to reset the code. i don't know it i have one plz explain. i've tried everything what is my samsung account.

When you set up your Samsung phone it asks you to create a Samsung account. It can be used for tracing your phone, remotely resetting etc. If your phone is locked you can log in to your Samsung account using your PC and unlock the screen
