How do I Low Level Format a Galaxy S3 to delete all my data completely?

Hi all,
I'm trading up from an S3 to a Galaxy S4 - how do I definitely and completely delete all my personal data from the phone?
Yes, I've already done a factory reset which "SEEMS" to delete the data, but as we all know that data is recoverable...

But the only way to prevent data recovery is to do a complete low-level format: does anyone know how to do this on the Galaxy S3?
