Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

I think you want a full size home screen widget for either the Samsung S-Planner calendar, or the blue (Google) calendar.

S-Planner, if you have one, displays as a regular month wall calendar, where the Google blue calendar shows a list of upcoming date entries.

If you save entries to the Samsung, My Calendar (device), or Google Calendar, either app can display 1, or all 3 plus others.

Go to the apps icon on the bottom dock, so you have the apps drawer/list, press the Widgets tab, find the available Calendar or S-Planner widgets, hold and swipe to a new home screen.
