How do i make an emergency contact number accesible to emergency responders on my LG G5

I want emergency responders to be able to find my ICE emergency contact number on my phone.

This should be a highlighted supplement leaflet that comes with your new phone, or a non skipable step in the new phone setup tutorial.
I don't think any users have this setup on their phones.
I had the lost phone info on my lock screen, but didn't know I could also setup "ICE" info too. Never saw that ICE line at the top of my contacts list before.
