how do I make the contact picture full screen and not blurry

The contact picture is blurry background and small circle picture. I want full screen picture.

Since the picture is raster-graphics and small, there's no way to change the size without making it blurry. (Even making a gigantic picture smaller makes it blurry.) Find a larger version of the picture or take it again. (Contact pictures are meant for the Contacts app, they're not supposed to look good in apps that show them larger.) If that were added, Contacts would use over 10 times the amount of data space it now uses.
