How do I make USB tethering work the minute I plug it in to my computer? (SAMSUNG GALAXY S8)

Android Central Question

My only source of internet is my mobile hotspot and it is so annoying when I have to go back into settings to reconnect hotspot every time I have to unplug it when I receive a call. Does anyone know how to do this?
