How do I move apps to my external sd card?

How do I move apps to my external sd card.

I have a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, and although I thought I had moved most of my downloaded apps to my external sd, I am still getting a message my phones memory is full. I have noticed though, that there are duplicate folders on my phone and external SD, but I don't know what's safe to delete. Most of the apps I've downloaded, I do use, so I don't want to delete them if they can run from my external sd. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to remove the card and first check what apps u moved and what are still on the phone - then delete them. The second thing is to set location where apps are installed by default (change from phone to sd card)
