How do I move from the system to the card?

My phone keeps telling me that I need to free up some room. Task Manager Storage reports that System Storage is nearly full, And the SD Card is empty. I can not seem to find a way to move Apps and Data to the SD Card. Any suggestions?

If the phone supports moving apps to the SD card, then go to the App Manager, select and app, and tap the Move to SD button there. If you don't see that button anywhere, then the phone doesn't support that function unless you root it.
