How do I permanently delete the number and remove it from a contact if I cannot find it anywhere?

I have a Samsung 8 Plus. Old numbers that I have updated/removed from Google and the phone still come up when I try to use Google voice to make a call. The phone does not use the correct number. For example, if I try to use Google Voice to call my daughter, it uses a very old phone number and the number does not even come up as her name when it calls. How do I permanently delete the number and remove it from a contact if I cannot find it anywhere?

Go to Google Contacts and make your corrections and deletions there. Then disable Contacts sync, then enable it.
