How do I play music through Bluetooth and play something through my phone speakers at the same time?

Before you say this is impossible, I just want to say this is a feature found on the Galaxy S8 known as "Separate app sound"

What I want to do is be able to play music through a Bluetooth speaker, while being able to output audio through my phone speakers without the Bluetooth audio being interrupted. Like if I'm scrolling through Facebook and I watch a video, I want the Bluetooth audio to keep playing.

Any apps that allow me to do this on a Galaxy S7? Thank you.
