How to put apps on my extrrnal sd card. I have an android 4.4.2 kernel. Model LGLS660.

I have an android kernel LG but the screen says LTE. I have a file manager but I can't figure out how to transfer things to the external SD card. Help!!!!
I've tried going to settings then apps but I can't transfer from there. I use to be able to do that on my old phone but can't from this phone. The directions say to use the file manager but I've tried that for hours and there doesn't seem to be a way from there either.

Welcome to Android Central.

You can transfer part of the data of many downloaded apps via Settings - Apps - All and open apps for the App Info screen and Move to SD Card. You should be able to go to the Gallery and Music - Menu - Select, and Move. I am not familiar with LG's.

LTE, if on the notification panel normally would mean you have 4G data.
