How do I reactivate LG health?

My smart cleaning u installed LG health on my G4 because it was an idle app. It no longer shows up on my smart bulletin. But it is on my app list under my phone settings. How do I reinstall it so I can access the app. The health launcher does not work either I tried it and it just says "LG health has stopped" please help me..

Welcome to Android Central! It's probably just disabled. Go to Settings>Apps>Disabled​, select LG Health, and tap Enable.

You might also have to enable Smart Bulletin on Settings> Home Screen
