how to really wipe a micro sd card

I have several micro sd cards I don't use and want to totally wipe them clean. I re format them but when I run photo rescue app it still finds a lot of stuff.

Have a Sprint Evo. Got a recent update for Facebook. Now it is like I am always logged into Facebook even when I am not in the app. When I go on Facebook on my PC and have an IM conversation, it also appears on my phone simultaneously. Any suggestions?

Try formatting them on your PC, use NTFS then format to fat 32, then back to NTFS.
