How do I receive and make calls on my tablet S2

I want to know how I can use my galaxy tab S2 to make and receive phone calls

What version do you have? If it's WiFi then you need an app or have to use smart switch, and if it's 3G/4G then you should have calling form it automatically. I don't have the 3G/4G version, so I couldn't tell you anything about that one.

On my Tab s2 8.0 WiFi only I use an app called Textplus for texting and making calls.

You can make and receive calls using google hangouts, but you first need to make a google voice account and get a free number
