How do I recover my contact #'s after a Factory Reset?

Recover Phone #'s after Factory Reset

I had to factory reset my phone and I lost all of my phone numbers. I have a Galaxy 4S.

Also I can't USB it. The USB port is broken only way I can charge is removing battery and putting it into charger. And no Micro SD either.

Is there anyway I can recover my lost phone numbers via At&T website? or some other method?

Welcome.
Your contacts are synched to your GMail account.
Once you log into if from the device, it should show up after that.

I already have logged in from the "mail" app and "gmail" and I still can't find my numbers...
