How do I redirect all sound what we hear to Windows / pc over upnp or other?

How to redirect all sound "what we hear" to windows / pc over upnp or other

I'd like to redirect all sound from my Android Tablet to one PC running windows but not only by choosing some music to be played from a library but any sound that comes.
Bubleupnp is nice but do not provide this feature.
